Description
Unanderra Community Centre is offering a free 4-week course of Qigong wellness for teenagers 12-18 years old and their parents/carers; however, younger siblings of attendees are welcome.
Mondays:
- 24th November - 2025
- 1st December
- 2nd February - 2026
- 9th February
Qualified teacher and Tai Chi/Qigong instructor of 30 years. Qualified youth worker who assists with the workshop.
