Is there magic hiding in your backyard? In "The Enchanted Forest," we invite our youngest makers to step into a world of sensory wonder. This workshop is all about using natural materials and "secret ingredients" to bring imaginary worlds to life.

The Creative Journey

The adventure begins at our Fairy Potion Lab, where little alchemists will mix bubbling "dragon scales," flower petals, and fizzing elixirs. Once their potions are brewed, they’ll forage for the perfect "wild" stick to transform into a Sticky Wand using colourful yarns and enchanted tapes.

The heart of the session is the creation of Magic Mud Wings. Using textured, sensory "magic mud" (thick paint and sand), children will decorate large-scale cardboard wings with feathers, pressed leaves and biodegradable star dust. These wearable masterpieces are designed for high-flying imaginative play!

Collaborative Magic

We’ll finish our journey by painting a Giant Magic Forest Floor Mural. Working together, the children will use sponges and brushes to create a lush, colourful landscape, learning the joy of shared making in a low-stakes, process-led environment.
