I use an integrated approach to working with you and your pre-conception planning, during pregnancy and in the postnatal period for you and your baby.
Each treatment I give is completely unique and can consist of a blend of bodywork, massage, reflexology, acupressure (Shiatsu), craniosacral therapy, yoga, to give a truly holistic treatment to assist with any physical or emotional needs.

As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) I am able to combine clinical breastfeeding support with different complementary therapy modalities to give you truly holistic support that you won’t find anywhere else in the area.
