Hi, I’m Ben, owner of Live Without Limits, and a passionate NDIS support worker, helping people build independence, confidence, and community connections. My approach combines genuine care, practical support, and a good dose of fun – because life’s too short to keep things dull.
One of the unique things about Live Without Limits is my focus on boxing and fitness training. These sessions aren’t just about exercise – they’re proven to boost mood, reduce stress, build self-esteem, and improve overall health. Whether it’s hitting pads for confidence, building strength, or simply moving in a way that feels good, fitness is one of the best tools for mental and physical wellbeing.
Of course, support isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I also provide:
