We focus on understanding your hormones and their impact on your body, guiding you through Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT) where appropriate, and offering practical strategies to manage common symptoms such as sleep issues, mood changes, low energy, and hot flushes. Our holistic approach also includes lifestyle and wellbeing guidance tailored to your unique needs, so you feel informed, supported, and confident in your choices.

Weight changes during menopause are often frustrating and misunderstood. This structured program provides support for women wanting to manage weight during perimenopause and menopause with an evidence-based, sustainable approach. We explore how hormones affect metabolism and body composition, provide personalised nutrition and movement strategies, optimise sleep and stress, and offer GLP-1 injections as part of a supportive foundation, not a quick fix. Every plan is designed with long-term results in mind, recognising that every woman’s body and journey are unique.
