After School LEGO Club - Science Space

From wind racers to super villain lairs, robots to fishing rods, LEGO Club is a must for all aspiring LEGO masters aged 7-12! 

Join in every Tuesday after school in Term 4 to learn STEM skills, take part in epic engineering design challenges, make new friends and have lots of fun. Parents/carers are welcome to stay and participate or can drop off their child and return at pickup time. We will be starting week 2 of Term 4 2025 on Tues 21st Oct to allow a chance for your child to start to settle into their weekly routine for the new school term. ​

Tues 21st October: LEGO Wind Racers ​

Rev up your creativity as you design and build your own wind-powered LEGO vehicles for the ultimate race showdown! Test for speed and distance as your vehicle zooms across the track - who will take home the victory? ​ ​

Tues 28th October: LEGO Wind Machines

Design and build your own wind-powered creations-think windmills, whirligigs, and flying contraptions-then put them to the test with fans, hair dryers, and even a leaf blower! See whose invention spins, flies, or stands strong against the breeze! ​

​Tues 4th November: Superhero vs Villain Lairs

Put your engineering skills to the list by designing the ultimate superhero or villain lair! Build an epic secret headquarters and test your powers by measuring the temperature inside to see who has created the coolest hideout in town! ​ ​

Tues 11th November: LEGO 4 Seasons Challenge ​

Create a stunning natural landscape inspired by Winter, Summer, Spring or Autumn. Bring your LEGO seasonal scene to life with plants, buildings and clever minifig details

​Tues 18th November: LEGO Fishing Adventure ​

Cast your imagination as you construct your own custom fishing rod from LEGO Technic pieces! Test your rod's strength and see who can reel in the heaviest 'fish' from our pond for the ultimate catch of the day! ​ ​

Tues 25th November: Board Game Challenge ​

Let's get gaming - board game style! Get creative as you design your own 3D LEGO dice and invent custom board games. Put your creations to the test in a playful showdown with your LEGO Club friends! ​

​Tuesday 2nd & 9th December: LEGO Robotics

​From vehicles to wacky machines, solve a variety of challenges and scenarios using the LEGO Spike Essentials and Prime robotics kits. Over 2 epic weeks we will put your programming skills to the test as you create code sequences on iPads for your LEGO inventions! ​

​Tues 16th December: LEGO Rollercoasters - back by popular demand!

​Work together with your accompanying adult to design an epic rollercoaster for our very own LEGO amusement park! Explore the forces of gravity and motion as we bring your wildest theme park ideas to life! ​
