A series of special Homeschool Day Events are coming to Science Space Wollongong in 2026!

Join in for a full day of STEM exploration designed exclusively for homeschoolers. Enjoy interactive shows, hands-on activities, and free time to explore our exhibitions. Homeschool Days are held once a term for a full day on a Wednesday from 9:00 am-4:00 pm when we are closed to the general public. Doors open 9:00 am. Shows and activities start at 10:00 am.

Families will have exclusive access to the exhibitions whilst having the opportunity to enjoy all-ages interactive shows and take part in an drop-in educator-led STEM experience. In addition, the Science Shop will also be open which offers a wide range of resources to continue the STEM learning at home.

Time:

• Doors open at 9am. Activities & shows start from 10am. Event concludes at 4pm.
