Our trained volunteers visit you at home or in the community to offer practical support. They help parents adjust to life with a new baby, manage multiple children, and deal with feelings of isolation or frustration. This free service is available to parents with children from birth to 5 years, living in Shellharbour
Volunteers are skilled, trained and supervised. They are caring, experienced, respectful, and confidential. They help by being good listeners and are non-judgmental and friendly to you and your family.
