The Botanic Garden’s school holiday activities will bring a fun range of outdoor activities for children and families to enjoy.
- Search and Rescue, epic hide and seek games for children 8 to 12 years
- Dig n’ Play gardening and nature play program for children aged 4 to 7 years
- Junk Play, junk play session for children up to 12 years
- Waterway Explorers, hands-on activities for young scientists aged 6 to 10 years interested in discovering the Illawarra’s aquatic life
- Refocus, a Summer switch program for teens aged 12 to 18 years 4 workshop themes where young people can book into one or all, lunch provided [Katelyn/Jenny- still waiting for some details on this so could you hold off putting this point in atm please]
- Budding Bookworms, magical and engaging stories, sing-alongs, wiggly dances and crafts for toddlers, however the school holiday program will cater for older siblings too
- Nature Fix, a nature wellness self-guided trail designed to help you connect to nature and improve your general wellbeing
