The transition to parenthood to be a time of confusion, unknowns and at times despair wrapped in a bubble of love.

From this experience the idea for the Parent Club was born; a space for parents to equip themselves with parenting strategies and techniques while also feeling tethered to a nurturing community of families. All of The Parent Club programs are grounded in evidence and utilise proven methods of building safe, healthy and attuned relationships with children; no matter what stage of the parenting journey you find yourself.

The Parent Club offers group work, family support and individual support
