About Me - Catherine McMillan
I didn't become a healer and health advocate because I was healthy - I was chronically ill. I was on numerous medications, I was hospitalised for heart-arrhythmia, I was anxious, I relied on alcohol, I'd experienced sexual trauma, I was mentally broken and physically struggling. It was my suffering and pain that propelled me into the realm of natural medicine and deep healing: and I am forever grateful. It is with deep gratitude and joy that I now help others who were suffering as I was to find a healthier and happier way of being in the world.

Qualifications: Dual Diploma in Health Science: Holistic Kinesiology & MInd Body Medicine Certificate IV Kinesiology Aromatic Kinesiology Crystal Kinesiology Australian Bush Flower Essences Bachelor of Arts Masters of Education In 2011 graduated from the College of Complementary Medicine with a Diploma in Health Science: Holistic Kinesiology & Mind Body Medicine. This course completely changed my life and my health. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Asian-Pacific studies; with a focus on Asian sociology, business, history, culture and language. I also completed a Masters in Education. I taught English at the Wollongong University College for many years.

My experience as an educator has taught me the importance of imparting knowledge and explaining things clearly. I endeavour in every consultation to educate you and empower you with appropriate information to make choices to increase your health and vitality.
