Veronika Scurr is the founder of Sacred Childbirth - HypnoBirthing and Beyond and is passionate about promoting an holistic approach to life and childbirth. Veronika is an Hypnobirthing Practitioner and is an affiliate of The Hypnobirthing Institute.

HypnoBirthing is a calm and gentle birthing method based on the belief that childbirth is a natural, healthy event and therefore all babies could come into the world in a gentle, calm and joyful way.

This easy to follow course teaches you to have an easier, comfortable and loving birth. This is achieved by deeply relaxing your body so that it works the way it was designed to work, birthing the baby in safety and with ease.You will be also learning about the physiology of the birth process and preparing yourself with techniques such as relaxation, self-hypnosis, breathing and attitude/expectancy to experience the joy and magic of birth by creating positive attitude.
