- Get Ready Class - 1.5- 2.5 year olds
- Ready Class - 2.5- 3 year olds
- Steady Class - 3-4 year olds

Friday @ Koonawarra Community Centre
- 9:15am - 9:45am - Get Ready class - 1.5–2.5 year olds.
- 9:45am - 10:30am - Steady/Go class - 3-6 year olds.
Saturday@ Shellharbour Public School
- 10:00am - 10:30am - Get Ready class - 1.5 -2.5 year olds.
- 10:30am - 11:15am - Steady class - 3-4 year olds.
- 11:15am - 12:00pm - Go class - 4-6 year olds.

Ready Steady Go Kids is Australia's largest multi-sport and exercise program for kids aged 1.5 - 6 years. Our program was developed by a physiotherapist and endorsed by an occupational therapist to support children's muscle tone, strength and overall wellbeing. It builds gross and fine motor skills, sensory processing and social, behavioural and functional skills essential for preschool children.

We party year round. Let your inner sports star come out to play at your RSGK party. We run high energy parties that are loads of FUN, so PARTY on with us!
One hour of sport, fun activities and games run by our qualified coaches with all equipment supplied. Choose 2 sports from our list of 10. We can do themed parties too!

ELC & Kindergarten Incursions
Ready Steady Go Kids is your go-to for getting toddlers and preschoolers up and moving with our awesome multi-sport program!
Our physio-designed sessions are not only fun and effective but also super easy on your budget. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to set your centre apart from the rest!
We take care of everything, bringing in our enthusiastic, fully qualified team (all with current Working With Children Checks) to your centre. And no need to worry about equipment—we come fully loaded with age-appropriate gear for your little athletes. We can even provide support documentation, if required!
