Managing challenging behaviours or big emotions in our children can be incredibly difficult, overwhelming, or just plain confusing!

FSA Health & Wellbeing is an initiative of Family Services Australia - a not-for-profit community organisation committed to breaking the cycle of disadvantage and advocating that all people have the right to participate in the workforce and community.

FSA Health & Wellbeing celebrates diversity and acknowledges each individual's wellness journey. We have an ethos of 'meeting people where they're at' to ensure that people feel empowered, heard and respected.

We offer therapeutic supports across the lifespan, with particular expertise and experience in the support of children, youth, and their families. Our suite of service offerings include individual psychology sessions, diagnostic assessment, and group therapy options.

If you have concerns about your child's wellbeing or want support in how to better understand and respond to your child's behaviour, we can assist. We have availability for psychology sessions with our team of skilled psychologists.
