FLAG FOOTBALL (Non-Contact American Football)

We’ve teamed up with the Wollongong Mustangs (fresh off their U15 Gridiron NSW win!) to bring Flag Football to the Illawarra!

Our 8-week program focuses on learning, playing and having fun in a supportive environment.

• Run by local Mustangs coaches
• Skills, drills & game play
• Scrimmage-style games
• Inclusive & social atmosphere

PROGRAM DETAILS

📍 Location: University of Wollongong
🕓 Day: Fridays
⏰ Time: 4:00pm – 6:00pm
📆 Duration: 8 weeks

Age Groups

• Junior: 8–11 years
• Youth: 12–15 years
• Teen: 15–17 years

COST: Individuals - $89 per player (includes uniform)/ Team - $399 per team (no uniforms)
