Mums That Move supports Mums across the Illawarra to return to exercise successfully.

Maximise the quality of your postpartum fitness journey by investing into my 8 week progressive exercise program designed for Mums. My program focuses on helping Mums restore their core and rebuild their strength postpartum.

Mums That Move is more than your regular fitness class, Mums That Move provides mums a safe, inclusive and child friendly environment to exercise.

💛 Work at your own pace, classes are suited to all fitness levels.
💛 Become a part of an exclusive facebook community that provides you with educational support, a guided home workout to do on days between f2 sessions and a chance to connect with other Mums.

Trials are limited and will be on:
💛 Tuesdays at 9.30-10.15am at WCSLSC, Wollongong.
💛 Wednesdays at 9.30-10.15am at Myimbarr Community Park, Shellharbour.
