Designed for mums across the Illawarra, our 8-week progressive program helps you safely return to exercise postpartum—focusing on rebuilding your core, restoring strength, and boosting your confidence.
This is more than just a workout. It’s your time, your space, and your community. Bring your little one, move at your own pace, and train in a supportive, inclusive environment alongside other mums who get it.
You’ll also receive guided at-home workouts to keep you moving between sessions.
