Hello, I'm Tammy, a parent and a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist based here in Wollongong. (Association of Massage Therapists Member - AMT 12122).
Come and see me for some midweek downtime and to address a large range of concerns from hip/back pain, neck pain, wrist/arm, TMJ (jaw) issues, headaches, stress and anxiety.
I can massage minors and pregnant women, please just get in touch via socials to discuss prior to booking as there are times massage is not appropriate.

Remedial massage is a hands-on massage modality that incorporates many different massage techniques to treat and prevent pain and injury. Specific techniques used include deep tissue release, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilisation.
