I'm Briony and I'm a Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Specialist and Mama of 3. My passion is supporting you on your journey through pregnancy, birth and new motherhood.

I've been working with pregnant women and new mamas since 2008 to help them feel supported, confident and relaxed in new motherhood. I would love to help you too!

I offer a premium in-home postpartum support service to new mamas in the Illawarra region. My services include Ayurvedic meal preparation, massage, breastfeeding support, sleep and settling guidance, emotional support plus much more. I also offer pregnancy and mums and bubs yoga classes, workshops and pregnancy and motherhood photography.
