Mums and kids can dance together. My Zumba class is all about having fun, it is not about doing a tough workout. The fitness benefits are just a bonus. Moving should be fun, not work! Feel the joy of letting your inhibitions go out the window as you dance your heart out.
💗Bring your children- no need to find a babysitter or gym with a creche. Kids can join in and dance, or there is plenty of space to play.
💗Mums and Bubs friendly. There is a small play area for babies to crawl around. There are no stairs at the venue so pram access is easy.

Fridays 9.15am-10.15am
