There will be the opportunity to enjoy both a live science show and an intergalactic adventure in our planetarium, with ample time to explore our interactive exhibits and pop-up school holiday activities. Each child will also receive a certificate of participation and a $5 gift voucher for our Science Shop.
Curiosity Days hours have been extended to 8:30am-4:30pm for a full day of fun, including a live science show, planetarium adventure, hands-on activities and interactive exhibits.

Green Screen Portraits (11am-2pm daily)

Rocket Launching
Ready, set, launch! Join us outside (weather permitting) to build and launch rockets into the sky. Times vary, so don’t miss your chance to see your rocket fly!
Planet Play Place (all day)
Suit up as an astronaut and build your own lunar landscape! With loose parts play, mini engineers can create space stations, moon bases and more for endless role-play fun.
Vertical Duplo Wall (all day)
Our Duplo astronauts have landed on a mysterious green alien world! Work together to build a space base on our giant Duplo wall for them to live in.
Space themed floor projection (all day)
Jump, dance, and explore in our interactive floor projection. Watch as planets, stars, and space objects move and change with every step you take.
Spaceship Yard (all day)
Get ready for interstellar adventures in our spaceship yard. Put your engineering skills to the test by building wooden rockets, space shuttle prototypes and more using the Rig-a-Majig construction system!
