    SCHOOL READINESS PROGRAM FOR 3-5 YEAR OLDs with a disability, run by a local Occupational Therapist.

    Give Your Child a Head Start for School with ILT's Fun & Engaging Program! Is your little one (aged 3-5) getting ready to take the leap to Kindergarten?

    Independent Living Therapy (ILT) is thrilled to offer a brand-new School Readiness Program designed to help your child bloom and thrive in their first school year! Children can use their NDIS funding to attend this 10-week program, which aims to assist your child to make the transition to school smooth, fun, and more prepared.

    The program is developed and led by their expert Occupational Therapist, along with their amazing Allied Health Assistant.

    The program will work on key skill development in areas such as fine and gross motor, social and communication skills, and emotional regulation.

    If you have/know a 3-5 year old with a disability who would suit this program, get in touch with the ILT Team here now. Parents are invited to register their interest asap as spots are limited.

    • Playful Learning: They’ll incorporate essential school-readiness skills like literacy, numeracy, and social interaction through engaging activities that spark your child’s curiosity.
    • Holistic Development: Their program goes beyond academics! Their Occupational Therapists will help your child develop fine motor skills (think writing!), gross motor skills (climbing, running, jumping!), and important skills for emotional regulation, sensory processing, and interoception (body awareness).
    • Individualised Support: Each child will receive a personalised summary report at the end of the 10-week program, to demonstrate their achievements.
