The NRG Allstars Ultimate Unlimited Open Week runs 29 June to 4 July — and it is the only week of the year where any child, from 1 to teenager, can walk into Wollongong's leading dance and cheer studio and try as many classes as they want, completely free.

This is not a taster session. It is not a sales pitch disguised as a class. It is a full week of real NRG classes - the same coaching, the same energy, the same standard our families experience every week - thrown open to the public with prizes, surprises, and a genuine party atmosphere.

We do this because we believe the best way for a family to know whether NRG is right for their child is to simply show them. One week. Unlimited classes. No obligation.

NRG Allstars has been part of Wollongong families since 2006. We coach across every age and style - from Lil Shining Stars for the 1 to 6-year-olds, through recreational dance for primary-aged kids, all the way to our nationally titled Allstar competitive teams. What never changes, across every class and every age group, is the standard: high expectations, real coaching, and not a single child made to feel small.
