The Illawarra Light Railway Museum in Albion Park is a great place to take children who love trains! The museum has lots of different steam trains to look at and learn about, plus a cafe with drinks and snacks. Plus you and the kids will LOVE riding the miniature trains. Book online!
Diesel train rides are running during the school holidays from 10am - 2pm on both Tuesday during the holidays. Bring the family and have a bbq or picnic!
Steam Down The Line - Sunday 8 June, 10am - 2pm
Take a trip back in time and bring the family for a great Sunday outing and have a Steam Train Ride and then Ride the Miniature Train

School Holiday Tuesday Train Rides - Tuesday July 8, 10am - 2pm
Take a Trip back in time on a Tuesday to the good old days of railways and ride the trains back in time. Explore the Museum and see the many historical items that are on display at the museum.
Christmas in July - Sunday July 13, 10am - 2pm
Our Event on Sunday July 13th has ben changed and has seen the return of a great family outing Christmas in July for all to enjoy. Santa will join us and a Christmas wonderland awaits you!
School Holiday Thursday Train Rides - Thursday July 17, 10am - 2pm
Take a Trip back in time on a Thursday to the good old days of railways and ride the trains back in time. Explore the Museum and see the many historical items that are on display at the museum.
Tramways - Saturday July 26, 10am - 2pm
Take a trip back in time to the Tramways and revisit the legends of Australia’s Industrial Railways and there history. Ride the Trains tour the museum and have a loco shed tour that is an educational experience for all to enjoy.
