We welcome everyone in the community to our open day! whether you're a young person aged 16-35 living with a mild to moderate disability, a current guest, family member, support coordinator, allied health professional, or someone interested in learning more about our services, they'd love to see you there!

This Community Open Day is a wonderful opportunity to tour our new office, meet our friendly team, and learn more about the programs, supports, and opportunities they offer.

Throughout the afternoon, they'll share a presentation showcasing who they are, what they do, and how they support people to achieve their goals.

It's also a great chance to connect with other guests, families, and community professionals, ask questions, make new connections, and enjoy some light refreshments in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

It's our way of saying thank you for being part of our community and celebrating this exciting event together.
