BFS Children's Services, formerly known as Big Fat Smile, is a not-for-profit organisation that has been enriching the lives of children, families and communities across the Illawarra and surrounding regions for more than 45 years.

BFS stands for Birth to Five and School-aged Children’s Services, reflecting the age groups supported through high-quality early learning, community preschools and Outside of School Hours Care (OOSH).
