BFS stands for Birth to Five and School-aged Children’s Services, reflecting the age groups supported through high-quality early learning, community preschools and Outside of School Hours Care (OOSH).

Celebrating 45 years of making a difference in the Illawarra, Big Fat Smile is now BFS Children’s Services. BFS stands for Birth to Five and School‑aged Children’s Services, a name that clearly reflects the children they support across early learning and Outside of School Hours care (OOSH).
