Body Balance has been in operation for over 10 years.
We offer personalised outdoor group fitness (weather permitting) with the beautiful Austinmer Beach as our backdrop. Our rainy days are held in the historic Austinmer Surf Club.
All our classes are tailored to suit you at whatever stage of life you are in. We offer Core Fitness / Boxing / Silver Sneakers (a slower pace)/ Cross Training & Yoga. Child minding is included for some classes. We cater for all abilities and ages.
If you are just starting out on your health journey, looking to lose weight, rehabilitating, post partum, maintaining your fitness level or training for a specific fitness goal. Our qualified trainers Karen Yarrow and Leigh Davies will meet your needs and personalise your session if necessary.
We also offer Yoga sessions by our certified yoga instructor Katherine Watson who has over ten years experience. Her classes are in the Hatha & Vinyasa style, held in Austinmer Surf Club or on the rooftop above the change rooms.
We are Council Registered, Fully insured and Certified with Fitness Australia.
