Focus Tutoring

Based in Cordeaux Heights, our tutoring centre is run by Teagan, a high school Science teacher specialising in HSC Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. We teach to the NEW school syllabus. We run 2-hour sessions dedicated to specific year groups and their syllabus content. There is a consistent focus on exam techniques and study skills, while learning how to maximise marks in past paper exam questions. There is a max of 6 students in each class, allowing for collaborative discussion about the content, as well as individual work time. Every effort goes into ensuring our students are comfortable while studying, so they can focus on their subject material. Facilities provided are a fridge, soft drinks and ice blocks. Our classes are $30 per hour. Students are welcome to bring along questions from content covered in school, assessment tasks and relevant homework. We also have senior maths classes for Advanced and Extension 1 Mathematics.
