Antenatal Shared Care program
Antenatal Shared Care Programs in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven can provide you with options for care throughout your pregnancy.

You can share your pregnancy-related check-ups between your GP and the hospital doctors and midwives, and have access to flexible appointments and ongoing care after your baby is born.

Perinatal Mental Health program
Pregnancy is a significant time of change that some parents may find difficult. These changes can at times be overwhelming when you are getting to know and adjust to your new baby.

The Perinatal Mental Health Program supports you as a new mum or dad, as well as your family, if you are experiencing depression or anxiety from conception to 12 months after childbirth.

You can access the individual or group-based support free of charge with a referral from your GP, paediatrician or midwife.
