Relax Kids is a company based in the UK and has a huge following worldwide with over 1300 coaches. Their programme has been implemented in hundreds of schools and over a million homes in the UK. Their 7 steps to relaxation, which is the fundamental of all the classes, includes introducing children to the magical power of yoga, massage, deep breathing, meditation, visualisations and positive affirmations as tools for them to use to help manage emotions and moods, reduce stress and anxiety and build self-esteem and confidence.
