PEERS® is a successful evidence based social skills program which supports teens to learn the skills to make and keep friends and to improve their social connections.  The program also looks at ways in which teens can manage difficult social situations such as bullying, teasing and disagreements.

  • Each week the group meet for 90 minutes in a safe and friendly environment to discuss, learn, and practice how to manage some of the trickier elements of making and developing lasting friendships.
  • Parents and caregivers will have the opportunity to join a weekly 60 minutes Zoom meeting with other parents and caregivers to discuss the program content, ask questions, share success stories and talk through concerns.
  • NDIS participants may be able to use their funding to cover the cost of the program.
