Our highly popular Junior classes suit children aged 4 - 12 years. We teach a range of martial arts techniques aimed at developing both physical and mental abilities. Kids become strong and flexible while also learning co-ordination and improving their concentration.
The most common question we get asked is 'Do I need to be fit to do martial arts?'. The answer is no, martial arts will make you fit!
