Hi, my name is Sylvia and I'm an accredited mental health social worker with additional degrees in counselling and psychotherapy, and training in EMDR & Internal Family Systems Therapy.

I've been a therapist for 10 years, a job I really love, and I work very hard to be effective by staying up to date in this rapidly developing field.

I provide services under Medicare and several other programs, and offer bulk-billing.

I treat PTSD & Complex PTSD, the impacts of abuse and adversity, depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship problems and many other issues.

I work from a home office in Thirroul and offer flexible appointments.

A consultation service via phone, email or Skype is also available to develop treatment plan you can use wherever you live. Clinical supervision is provided via Skype or face to face.
