Hello, I'm Kasia Fulton!
Come and Zumba with me in Kiama! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba® Toning, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba Gold® Toning, Zumba® Kids & Kids Jr.
Whether you love to dance or don't dance at all, it doesn't matter, just follow Kasia's lead. You will get a great cardio workout that will lift your spirits and leave you beaming!
It's light hearted, infectious fun and every class feels like a party but you’ll really notice the fitness gains. You don't even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow the lead. Come try it, you will have a blast! And make new friends!
